In this modern day society where you usually feel like a number, the employees at Bob Wade gave me personalized, "hometown" service. Helen Shibut was extremely helpful in showing me multiple cars and patiently answering the 100s of questions I had regarding the difference of the car models and the new technology. She is very knowledgeable and if she did not know the answer to a question, she knew where to find it. She was extremely friendly and attentive before, during and after the purchase of the vehicle. I continue to appreciate her support when I have questions about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Helen, Great experience. More

I told him the trim and options on a 2016 WRX I was looking for specifically and he was able to find a car at a nearby dealer. He gave me an excellent price up front and I didn't have to haggle at all. Five days later I'm driving home in the car and couldn't be happier. WOW!! I have been a Sales Manager for several companies in the the past 12 years, I know sales people and a lot of their "techniques". Most commission sale I have been a Sales Manager for several companies in the the past 12 years, I know sales people and a lot of their "techniques". Most commission sales personnel are overbearing, forceful and to a certain extent deceitful. Scott Lokey was NONE of these. The day I purchased my vehicle, I walked into Bob Wade upset because I was mislead by a neighboring dealership. Working with Scott was a very smooth experience. He gave me facts about the car and when he didn't know the answer, he told me just that, instead of making something up. Scott worked diligently to make sure my wife (who hates car shopping) and I had a positive shopping experience. Two days after my purchase the gas cap fell apart. I called Scott and he had the part ordered on the house. My wife and I could not be happier! When my sister in law needed a new vehicle I sent her to Scott. My next vehicle will be purchased from Bob Wade because of Scott's positive attitude, attention to detail and dedication to my satisfaction. Thank you Scott! More

I had not bought a car from a dealership in over thirty yea I bought my 2012 Subaru outback from this dealership and my sales person was Helen Shibut. I had not bought a car from a dealership in over thirty years. I was looking one day at 2010 to 2012 outback subaru on the internet and found this 2012 pearl white outback with a six speed manual transmission just what i was looking for one mile away from where i was living. My sister and brother in law was coming to visit that weekend and i ask them if they would go to the dealership with me. When we arrived Helen was the one who came out to greet us. Helen starting telling me about the outback and was very knowledgeable about it.We went for a test drive and when we returned i had to think about it. A few days later i called Helen and ask her if i could use the car for a day and she said i could drive it for up to i think 250 miles i drove it to my sisters house and back which was 225 miles and when i returned i was in love with it. I bought it that day and Helen has called me two or three times to ask how i am liking it. I love driving mt Subaru. Thanks Helen for making my buying a car from a dealership a good experience. More

I found her to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. She didn't have the Outback in stock I wanted but found it within a few hours. I feel for the money Subaru is the best car on the road and I think Helen & Bob Wade are #1. I've also dealt with Steve Gillette in the past and found him to be very helpful, also. More
Great customer service I have been working with Scott for almost a year now. We purchased a car from him in February of 2015 and since that time he has called twice to chec I have been working with Scott for almost a year now. We purchased a car from him in February of 2015 and since that time he has called twice to check on my enjoyment of the vehicle. My car did not come with a key fob, so when we bought the car, we asked Scott to order one. This got forgotten until I called to say my key was malfunctioning. Scott was very apologetic and not only had Bob Wade pay for my key fob, but he helped me work with the Toyota dealership in Staunton, so I did not have to go all the way to Harrisonburg. The Staunton dealership made multiple errors during the ordering and programming process and through the whole thing, Scott was constantly checking in with me to ensure I was taken care of. He truly went beyond the requirements of a car salesman and each time I spoke with him, I was met with an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude. I am confident that I will be able to direct all of my future questions to Scott and be provided with exceptional service. Thank you Scott!!! More
