I was put in touch with a salesman named Austin and right away he got to work on finding out what was the best fit for me. Once he located the exact car I wanted; he notified me of a time and day it would be ready to get picked up. Unfortunately, the day I went to pick up the car there was a slight hiccup. The car that they had gotten from the other dealer had forgotten to take the car out of transport mode; causing a module to fail in the car. This upset me greatly, and put a damper on my experience. However, the folks at Bocker made sure I was taken care of with a courtesy car, as well as a few extra add-ons for no charge due to the issue. It was resolved almost immediately and was ready for pickup the next day. Thank you to Austin for working with me and to Bocker for making sure I understood everything clearly as a first time buyer. I did not feel cheated not left out of the loop about everything they were doing with my car. I highly recommend these folks at Bocker, and if you can ask for a salesman; ask for Mr. Austin Bowser. Cool Air is now flowing I took my 2016 Acadia in to Bocker because the air conditioner was not putting out cold air. They needed to order a part and kept the car overnight w I took my 2016 Acadia in to Bocker because the air conditioner was not putting out cold air. They needed to order a part and kept the car overnight which was just fine. In the morning when the part came in they called me and asked for the locking lug nut tool that would allow them to remove one of the front tires so they could change the part. They couldn't find it in the car where it was supposed to be so I called the dealer where I bought the car and asked them if they had it because I had just recently purchased the car. No such luck. I told Wayne to remove the wheel any way they could and was told that the removal would not be warranted which I kind of knew. About 2 hours later I did fine the tool in my garage, called Wayne but I was too late, the locking lug nuts were all off. Wayne was great to work with and knew my pain. Picked up the car later on and now have very cold air so I'm a happy camper. Sorry to Wayne and Bocker for my screw up but it is what it is. I would highly recommend Bocker, Wayne, and the service center to any and all friends and will surely come back should the need arise. More
