A pleasant surprise. I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I liked. I mentioned to one of the salesmen that I was wondering if John Wollny still worked there and he said yes and in fact he was there now. John came out to see me while I was looking through the cars and we talked a little about my last purchase and then started talking about my desire to trade up to a newer car. As it happened a 2016 Enclave had just came in and he asked if I would like to see it. One thing led to another and I ended up buying the newer car. Just like the first time, John was very friendly, informative and unfortunately quite convincing. I just picked up my car today and I couldn't be more happy with the car or the service that was afforded me by the entire Bocker group.
