I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted to buy I only needed to test drive it. I was concerned with what I was going to be offered on my trade in and what percentage my interest rate would be. I gave Les all my information and the Service department looked at my trade in. I asked Les to work up my numbers and let me know what we can agree on. This was a Friday Morning. I drove away in my new car on Saturday morning. The worst part about buying a car is the waiting and then waiting some more. Les was great about helping me cut down on this time. When I was told I was able to get a brand new 2017 Ford Escape my heart was just stuck. I felt just as good as I did when I received my associates in education. I couldn't stop smiling. A super thanks to my sales guy Les Johnson and finance manager Tony and staff at Bommerito Ford here in St. Louis. Yes, my new preowned C-Max hatchback. I walked in one evening asking some questions on purchasing a preowned vehicle in my budget. I told him what I loved about my previous car, A CRV, and described a few features that I’l like to have in a newer vehicle. Once he pointed out some brands, types and sizes that were available and I was already thinking a Ford product and maybe a Focus hatchback for my needs. He brought up the question on city verses highway driving habits which then led to this 2014 preowned hybrid model they had called the C-Max. He pulled it up on the computer and had it on the lot which we were able to see in a matter of minutes. I fell in love with the vehicle as soon as I saw it in its very nice ruby red color. Once we opened the door I found it even more amazing! Leather and loaded! And very well kept with only one previous owner, all taken care of immaculately by the dealer and all ready to go. Yep, I had to have it. It was beyond what I thought I could get. And yes, I purchased it under my budget with the deal they gave. Dare I say several thousand less than listed? Wow! I was given the opportunity to think about it for a few days, but in reality decided in a matter of hours after leaving the dealership. Once I called Les back, told him I liked it, gave a small deposit, it was ready within 24 hours. Just a mention that I was pre approved when I walked in. I will say that my main reason for going to this dealership is the insane amount of inventory they have in their network. I had already looked around here and there. But decided to go see them, guessing that they’d have quite a bit to choose from. Yes indeed they do! Buying this car from Les Johnson at Bommerito Ford was a wonderful experience that I simply wanted to share. His knowledge and years in the auto business allowed my new purchase to be very easy and pleasant and informative. That also with the amazing selection of vehicles to choose from in a matter of minutes. Never did I feel any pressure during the entire experience and I would recommend Les and The Bommarito Group to friends looking to purchase. Now, what is a C-Max hatchback? It’s a hybrid gas and electric that charges itself and gets almost 45 mpg as an average. Really? Go see it! I will also add that having this vehicle, albeit only a week, is of course quite fun to get around in. It’s surprisingly spacious in the driver seat and I appreciate how everything is well designed and thought out. On a flat section of road you can notice (indicated on the dash) that the car quietly powers itself on electric with the engine quiet. Yep, near 500 miles on a tank of fuel. Oh my! 2nd Bommarito Ford in a year! First bought a new Mustang in at a great price and rate last year. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences yet. So, we came back to buy a new 2017 Explorer Sport for my wife. Price was exactly what I was expecting. Fair trade in value and great discounts. Phil Sheward did a good job explaining the pricing and understood what we wanted. When we came to pick up the car, Phil mentioned that he found a bunch of damage on it, and offered another choice if we wanted. After not having what we wanted, they went and found one at another dealer. They were great and never acted irritated about the situation. Dan King was great, again. He worked with Ford to get great terms, even though we have a lot of negative equity to roll over. I appreciate the honesty and transparency throughout the buying process. We will definitely be back in the future for our next car. More

I was talking with 5 dealerships - Bommarito was the BEST I just purchased a Ford F-150. I wasn't going with a base model this time, I wanted all the bells and whistles. I knew exactly what i wanted - down to the color and trim and options. I knew exactly what dealerships in a 250 mile radius had it. I went to 5 different dealerships, and narrowed my selection down to 2. Bommarito Ford - specifically Phil Sheward - won my business because I felt they were just honest, and not playing games with me. Their vehicle was actually the most expensive of the ones I was looking at (it had a few extra add-ons that I didn't really need), but I went with them because of the combination of value for the vehicle and the pleasant experience I had in working with them. They treated me like they actually WANTED my business - can't say that for everyone. Yeah, Phil had to play the negotiation game a little bit - the "let me go check with my manager" game a few times... but whatever, they all do it. Regardless, this was a much less painful experience than I've had in the past. More
