I am not fond of salespeople in general because they can be very pushy and over selling themselves and their product. Mr. Bultman was respectful, professional and treated our family well. This was by far the best sales experience that I have had. The 2013 F-150 is my first Ford purchase. It's a great looking truck and my experience during the purchase process was excellent. Matt Goodson in sales was great to work with - he was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, patient and "no pressure" during the entire process. I felt Matt listened to me and went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle I wanted even though it was not on their lot. Matt's communication during the process (from initial contact via the internet through the follow up) was great and he kept me up to date on what was happening during the search. I did not feel pressured and the negotiation process was fair. Matt also took the time to show me how the features of the truck worked and even synced my phone for me. In addition, Matt called me the day after I picked my truck up to check in and make sure I was happy with my new vehicle and to see if I had any additional questions. Tony Boyd in finance was great to work with as well. He had a great personality and was very easy to work with. Compared to my past experiences where dealing with the finance department was the worst part of the process, Tony was a refreshing change. He explained things very well and didn't try to push or force anything on me. It's nice to go to a dealership that isn't trying to pressure you into a decision that you might regret later. The customer service was great for both the sales and finance process and they kept the things moving along at a good pace respecting my time, but no so fast that I felt pushed - great balance. I would highly recommend Matt Goodson and Tony Boyd at Bommarito Ford to anyone wanting a new Ford. More
I went to Bommarito to look at a specific vehicle that I saw on their website, a 2013 Expedition EL Limited. The vehicle was as advertised and there were no surprises. I was able to negiotiate what I felt was a fair price on my trade. Overall the deal went very smoothly. Bernie was very good to work with. The easiest way to describe the experience was I felt that Bernie was someone I could trust. Lastly, I decided to purchase the extended warrantee, which is something I traditionally do not do. Bommarito offers a special program where they will refund the cost of the extended warrantee if you do not make any claims. Nice added bonus. More

Bernie was able to get me a silver Escape at the advertised price even though there wasn't one on the lot at the time. Both he and Matt were very personable and did not try to steer me to a pricier advertised price even though there wasn't one on the lot at the time. The bad rep that car salesman and car sales in general have gotten is no where to be seen at Bommarito Ford. From my first initial contact to the final signing of the papers I was never unsatisfied. I w have gotten is no where to be seen at Bommarito Ford. From my first initial contact to the final signing of the papers I was never unsatisfied. I was treated with the greatest respect and never told no. I special ordered a 2014 Explorer from them and at the time of the order my wife was 7 1/2 months pregnant we knew it would take at most 6-8 weeks for delivery of our vehicle so my wife was concerned if she would be able to ride down to St. Louis or not I live in Springfield Illinois. My car was delivered September 26th and my wife was due October 19th she did not want to ride down. Bommarito Ford allowed me to drive down and sign my signature on required paperwork and drive the vehicle home without my wife signing the papers. Now get this, they actually sent a driver to Springfield the next day to come directly to my wife so she could sign the papers. Now if that is not customer service I dont know what is. Their finance department was able to secure a better rate than my local credit union they beat 1.79% by .50% down to 1.29% for 60 months, I was shocked to get a rate that low. Nathan Bultman was not my initial sales representative, my first salesman no longer worked there when my vehicle was delivered but Nathan took over my account and even though he never met me or dealt with any of the arrangements I worked out he honored everything no questions asked and treated me with respect. Nathan walked me through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and sent me on my way. BEST CAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
