Bernie was able to get me a silver Escape at the advertised price even though there wasn't one on the lot at the time. The bad rep that car salesman and car sales in general have gotten is no where to be seen at Bommarito Ford. From my first initial contact to the final signing of the papers I was never unsatisfied. I was treated with the greatest respect and never told no. I special ordered a 2014 Explorer from them and at the time of the order my wife was 7 1/2 months pregnant we knew it would take at most 6-8 weeks for delivery of our vehicle so my wife was concerned if she would be able to ride down to St. Louis or not I live in Springfield Illinois. My car was delivered September 26th and my wife was due October 19th she did not want to ride down. Bommarito Ford allowed me to drive down and sign my signature on required paperwork and drive the vehicle home without my wife signing the papers. Now get this, they actually sent a driver to Springfield the next day to come directly to my wife so she could sign the papers. Now if that is not customer service I dont know what is. Their finance department was able to secure a better rate than my local credit union they beat 1.79% by .50% down to 1.29% for 60 months, I was shocked to get a rate that low. Nathan Bultman was not my initial sales representative, my first salesman no longer worked there when my vehicle was delivered but Nathan took over my account and even though he never met me or dealt with any of the arrangements I worked out he honored everything no questions asked and treated me with respect. Nathan walked me through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and sent me on my way. BEST CAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. The quote I received from Matt was appealing and the response that I received from him made me feel as if they cared and wanted my business so I traveled 40 minutes to the dealership. I was treated with professionalism and friendliness from the receptionist all the way through to the finance manger. Everything about my experience with this dealership was outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will send friends and family there. I wasn't pressured at all. I feel that everything was explained and all questions answered at each step of the process.
