Very good experience overall. First drove a Ford Taurus which is what we went in to buy, but was not happy with the comfort & our fit/interface with the vehicle. The entire experience was one of a walk in the park. The salesman was proffessional, yet friendly, respectful and honest. The finance person was again professional with over 15 years experience and it showe salesman was proffessional, yet friendly, respectful and honest. I was given a price and unlike other dealers when it came time to say yes the price went down not up. I think that other dealers might benifit if they went an saw how the bommarito frod team does things. It is like no other dealership. When I went to pick up my car the fact that it came with an inflater instead of a doughnut spare became obvious. So we went back to parts got a price and I said I wanted one. But unlike most dealerships the parts guy said not to worry I coould pay for it when it came in, just like I had been a customer of the company for 20 years and I had earned that level of trust and respect. I had bought from another ford dealer for over 17 years an never was treated that way and yes I had started out to buy this vehicle from them only to have an experience that got me to go to Bommarito and Matt Goodson, I recommend this salesman and this company to every and anyone, beats my old dealer hands down.
