First learned of dealership thru AutoTrader.com and listed a new vehicle I was interested in. Allowed me to call several other dealers before confirming that I had the car and the price I was comfortable with. Unaware of multiple Attorney General violations under names of both Valley & Bommarito Ford. Have valid sales contract, dealer refusing to release MSO unless $650 (1/2 of original demand)additional monie names of both Valley & Bommarito Ford. Have valid sales contract, dealer refusing to release MSO unless $650 (1/2 of original demand)additional monies are paid, contract rewritten. Trade will not be returned either unless $542 (1/2 of original demand)paid for unauthorized repairs done. Offered solution to off set additional monies, leaving amount financed same-refused to consider. DO NOT PAY $199 JUNK ADM FEES, we did based on sales contract that does not want to be honored. Accepted considerably lower trade based on sales contract they now do not want to honor. Grand Prix on their used car lot for over double than allowed. Attorney reviewed valid sales contract and contacted dealership to no avail. They will NOT release MSO, said to sue them. More
