I went to Bommarito because of a very good price on an Escape that they had in the Sunday paper. I was greeted immediately by Don who showed my the SUV for the price that I wanted. I decided to get it and Don went out of his way to program my phone into SYNC and assist me with other things I needed So far I had a very positive experience. I have not experienced the service area and hopefully it will be just as good as the sales end. One of the things I liked about Bommarito was that they had bottled water. Since buying a new car is always stressful, at least it is for me, the water was really great. They even have Good Humer ice cream which even though a small thing, it was nice. Today I received a delicious box of cookies to thank me for my purchase. They even gave my SUV a paint coating treatment that made it look really great. This dealership goes the extra mile. I have never had such a great experience at any other dealership and I have purchased several new cars. I had a really bad experience at the last place I bought an SUV so of course I did not go back there. More

This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Tom took the time to bring a truck up for my wife at work to look at, even though he knew she would not be test driving it. The night we went had. Tom took the time to bring a truck up for my wife at work to look at, even though he knew she would not be test driving it. The night we went up there for the test drive, Tom had taken the time to bring the vehicle into the garge so we could look at it in comfort. This was a far better impression than we had at another Ford dealer. (ie-The truck we wanted to test drive had a dead battery) Things only got easier from there. We test drove the truck, liked it and started to talk price. Tom gave us his numbers, we gave a counter offer. This is usually the part that is the worst, you know, sitting there for 30-45 min. "waiting" to get another counter offer and so forth. Instead, Tom was back within THREE MINUTES!!! Our experience with financing was just as easy as the sale agremnet. (Can not remember his name) When we went back to the financing office, Tom said they were going to wash the truck and fill the gas tank up for us. We got done with financing,(25 minutes from our offer) and waited about 45 minutes to take posession of the truck. More
