We do not buy cars very often, so we had a LOT of questions and concerns. Tom was wonderful. He answered our questions with patience. Staff was great. We had looked at the Ford Flex prior to leaving town. While on vacation, we decided on a number we were willing to pay and I called in asking for our salesperson Terry Watkins. He was off that day but I was given his cell number. Terry was great and negotiated the price we wanted on his day off. In another call, I gave Terry a credit card number as our deposit. Back home four days later we picked up our new car which was ready and waiting. Every one was very polite and could not have been more helpful. There is no doubt we will be contacting Terry when we shop for our next Ford! More
