And just how do you plan to make this right? Give me my money back, no since I paid nothing ! How do you compensate for virtually total failure over 3 days? How much was my time worth that was wasted? Mr. Bommarito would have been ashamed for having his name on the building during those 3 days! Things like this are the reasons that I avoid dealer service but recalls give me little option other than which dealer to take it to. Next time, as much as I hate to say it, I will take my truck to Cerame, it's closer anyway!
