Jason was great and understanding in the fact that we did not have all the necessary papers with us at the time of purchase and let us return the next day (which was a quick 5 minutes if that). I think I got a fair deal for the vehicle I purchased, which was the most important thing for me. However, someone at the dealership messed up my inspections paperwork, which was impossible for me to tell until I went down to City Hall to get my plates when they told me I would have to get new inspection. Then after several phone calls and texts with Bommarito trying to figure out what I needed for my car, I got the necessary inspections myself, costing me several hours of my own time (Bommarito offered to do the inspections, but since I don't live particularly close to Bommarito this wasn't a sensible option for me), and also an additional trip to City Hall to wait in line all over again. It only costed $12 in the end, and Bommarito is reimbursing me, but their error wound up taking a huge portion of my time at a particularly busy time of the year for me. So I would say that if you go to Bommarito, go see John, but then ask him to double-check the inspection paperwork before you make your sale -- it's a huge headache to deal with if they've messed it up. More
