Sam Martin stepped in, and did a great job of showing us our new 2019 Honda Pilot. We were in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours, which is pretty fast given past experiences. We were able to negotiate a very fair price with Sam, and he was never pushy or upset. It was an enjoyable experience, more like a conversation, than a negotiation. We were very happy with the service we received from Sam, and we love our new Pilot. We would definitely recommend talking to Sam Martin again when we are in the market for a new vehicle. More

He answered all our questions, made sure everything was taken car and was very available for questions whenever we needed him. My wife and I felt we got a great deal on a great vehicle. Bommarito cleaned it up well, as it was a recent trade-in, and they even replaced the tires and an engine mount while still offering a great price on the vehicle. We drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth the drive after not having a good experience with our local Honda dealer in Illinois. At Bommarito Everyone we worked with was very friendly and they were able to get me in the exact car I wanted and they got us in and out quickly. I worked with Jeff over the phone and he got back to me quickly with numbers on my trade and the new vehicle. When we came to pick up the car we worked with Kris and he was great, he took the time to answer any of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the features of the Accord and made sure to walk through everything with me. I purchased a Ford F150, even though he was from the Honda Division of your dealership, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. This was the first truck I have ever purchased and there was no pressure from him in the time it took me to make my decision in my purchase. He was very patient and even shared some of his personal experiences with me, which made it feel like I was dealing with a family member. Disappointed customer I leased a new car at Bommarito Honda in 2015. Typically I didn't conduct business with this dealership, but since the dealership of my choice reloca I leased a new car at Bommarito Honda in 2015. Typically I didn't conduct business with this dealership, but since the dealership of my choice relocated, I settled with Bommarito. Since 2015 I've not had the most successful experiences. With the different concerns and issues I've endured with Bommarito Honda, there is a lack of competency, communication, empathy, and professionalism that is upheld within this organization in which has caused me great frustration and regret. This method of treatment has been rendered by representatives of different career levels. In addition to this post, there will be a more detailed letter of complaint submitted to the CEO of this company. Before selecting an efficient car dealership please do your research in order to avoid extreme dissatisfaction. More
