Absolute garbage experience I was a first time car buyer and has the WORST experience here. Finding a used car I liked and could afford was a merry-go-round of negotiating the pr I was a first time car buyer and has the WORST experience here. Finding a used car I liked and could afford was a merry-go-round of negotiating the price. Saying "this is the lowest we can go" and immediately going lower when I say I can't afford it. That went on for about an hour before settling on a price that would meet my monthly payment requirements. On top of that I was told "if you find a car you like just buy it. If you go home to think about it it will be gone when you come back" that is the worst advise to give someone who is making a huge financial decision. After negotiating the price for an hour I now go to Michael Minner's office to settle the financing part of it. Here is where things really go down the drain. We figure everything out and provide all the paper work and sign all the documents, soon I am driving home in my new car. That's the end of it I think, all I have to do is pay my monthly bills on time and get the car registered with the DMV. Well my loan company calls me the next day and needs one of my paystubs. I thought it was all taken care of but I have a bunch of paystubs so no problem this will be easy to provide. I email Michael the paystub and call him to confirm he received it, he doesn't answer his phone. So I go up to the dealership and deliver it in person. I'm standing in his office and watch him scan my paystubs and he says I'm all good to go it's taken care of now. The next day the loan company calls, Michael never sent my paystubs. So I call Michael and get no answer again. Call the loan company back and ask them what I need to provide to them and how to get it to them. They tell me, but also say they will call Michael and get it so it's easier for me. I scan my documents and send them directly to my loan company. I'm assuming Michael never answered their phone call either because when I called them back to verify they received the documents I sent them they told me yes they received them from my email and everything was finalized and go to go. I would be getting my welcome letter in the mail and walked me through every single step I needed to take. Every single thing that Michael needed to do I had to do myself. Michael got paid to do just about nothing. All he did was call my credit card company to see if they would approve my financing and had me sign some papers. All the nitty gritty financing details I had to do myself because Michael failed to do so and never answered his phone or called me back. He called me back late at night after I had already settled everything to tell me he did his job. He told me he sent my documents after scanning them but doesn't know why they didn't receive them. Strange because when I emailed them they received them immediately and we're able to confirm they received them from my email. Sounds to me like Michael knows he didn't send them and was trying to protect himself from his fault. After doing Michael's job for him, calling him over and over and receiving no answer or call back, he gives me no apology. He just tells me how busy he's been. Well Michael I have been busy doing your job too. After all this stress I finally can breathe after figuring it out myself. To wrap it all up I go to the DMV to register my vehicle only to find out that Bommarito Honda didn't do the safety analysis on it! Spent the next 4 hours finding a place to do the safety test on it because bommarito Honda yet again failed to do a part of their job. It was my first vehicle purchasing experience ever and will be my last with bommarito Honda again. More

Kevin was outstanding to deal with professionally and personally and I felt as though I had a new friend when the sales transaction was complete. I will definitely recommend Kevin to anyone who is shopping for a car and he will be the first call I or my wife make when we are in the market again. Great experience - Highly recommended More

Exceptional Customer Service I was looking for a 2017 Honda Accord Coupe, found the car I wanted at Bommarito Honda. Sent in an internet inquiry and Walter Bernard replied prompt I was looking for a 2017 Honda Accord Coupe, found the car I wanted at Bommarito Honda. Sent in an internet inquiry and Walter Bernard replied promptly. We drove from Columbia to St. Louis, drove the car, agreed on a price, signed the papers and it was a done deal. I had contacted a couple other dealers in the St. Louis area; however they weren't as prompt with their reply and only one came close to matching the deal we got at Bommarito. Walter took time to show me all the functions of my new car; WOW, alot has changed since I purchased my 2006 model. Love, love, love my new car and can't say enough about the exceptional customer service that we received at Bommarito. Thank you! More

Excellent Car Transaction It was a pleasure working with Randy Borth at Bommarito Honda. Randy was very knowledgable about all the new functions on my 2018 Honda Accord and to It was a pleasure working with Randy Borth at Bommarito Honda. Randy was very knowledgable about all the new functions on my 2018 Honda Accord and took almost an hour showing me all the functions on my new car. He even pointed out something that I had on my 2014 Civic that I had no idea what it did. With a little negotiating we can upon a price that I thought was very fair. I'd have no problems working with Randy in the future. My youngest daughter is looking to replace her 2010 Civic and I plan on taking her to Bommarito Honda to talk with Randy. More
