Amazing service compared to other Honda dealerships Out of all the other Hondas, all of them could not compare to the service I got at Bommarito! Imagine my surprise when we came to a deal that was great for both of us PLUS all the bonuses and cool deal that were layered on. Also, when we were wrapping up the transaction and I suddenly realized we forgot to work the sales tax into the payments, Mike ushered me back into Guy's office (Guy is AMAZING 👍) to get it right. The relaxed welcome from the gal at the front desk immediately put me at ease-- I am intimidated by big purchases-- but I could tell she wasn't reading from a script. No one there seemed stiff or insincere. How often do you walk into a business where the people appear to be CO-workers instead of individual "Employees?" The support staff, even while busy processing their work, remained aware of the customers around them-- they frequently dropped everything to offer help. The Finance rep reviewed warranty choices and optional packages in a knowledgeable and matter-of-fact manner; he came across as sunny and attentive, with our goals and limitations in focus, and was never pushy. Best of all, our salesperson Walter Bernard was truly fantastic. He is genuinely enthusiastic about Honda cars and the Honda company, in addition to simply loving his job. I am a details person who often asks challenging questions-- a lot of How's and Why's-- but it didn't stump Walter. He'd perk up and happily explain the car feature (sometimes including a funny anecdote). Walter was patient while I called my insurance company, and he triple-checked to make sure we had everything we needed before leaving. If you're looking for a Honda, I absolutely recommend that you call this dealership and ask for Walter Bernard... And if all that doesn't convince you, they have free ice cream in the Service area!
