My sales person cared more about what my questions were that he actually listened to what i actually wanted and needed in a vehicle. Then he showed me how to use certain features in the car. Great services and sales from start to finish!!! I found my car while doing an internet search and called Aaron to inquire about it. They had just taken it in so it was being certified and detailed I found my car while doing an internet search and called Aaron to inquire about it. They had just taken it in so it was being certified and detailed that week. We talked about what price range I was looking to stay in and I didn't feel like he was trying to push me into anything. I decided this vehicle was going to work so I drove the 1.25 hour trip to purchase it and they had it already waiting for me at the front. It had just been detailed, filled with gas and ready to test drive. They let me take it for a test drive ALONE (which hardly ever happens anymore.) I brought it back and went inside to let them know I wanted it. I then spoke with Michael Minner who had the paperwork ready for me to sign. I think I maybe signed 3-4 things and he sent me over to Jason Galeski who is the Finance Manager. I told him I already had financing done through my credit union. He didn't try to sell me a better rate or ask me if I wanted to try to finance through them. We talked about an extended care plan and then I gave them a check and he gave me the buyer's order and I was done. I was in there a total of 8 minutes. I went back out to speak to Michael and pick up the keys and I was ready to leave. The total time I was the dealership was 1 hour!! That was time it took to test drive, go over the paperwork and finish up the financing. I didn't feel rushed by any means but I usually hate buying cars because it's such a long process. This was extremely efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to buy something here again!!! More

Bommarito offered the best deal and the best warranty than any other dealer I contacted. Walter was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. Once I signed all the papers, Walter gave a very thorough tutorial of how everything works and how to best utilize all the features which I have never had before when purchasing a car. He offered to go over anything again if needed, to bring the car back up to show me in person or call him at any time if I have any questions. I feel this was an above and beyond experience. Bommarito is a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. AND, I love the civic. I couldn't sleep the night I bought it because I couldn't wait to get back in it the next day. This car is the smoothest drive. Like riding on a cloud! More
