Michael and my family connected almost instantly, during the process Michael created an awesome environment and we shared a few stories back and fourth, buying from a guy who is willing to tell you his life story is like receiving treatment from a Doctor with great bed side manor, its easy. Michael hid nothing about the way most dealerships do business, and was completely upfront. He showed us the carfax, what the car was worth, and what we were paying. We purchased a Honda Civic that created a Honda buyer for life. Moreover, Michael made sure we were taken care of both BEFORE and AFTER we bought the car, and even sent us cookies! More
