Kevin is friendly and personable -- but most importantly, he makes our car buying uncomplicated and a pleasure to do. He remembers his customers and knows what you are really looking for. Buying a car can be a struggle between the price, decision of what car to buy and the details of the final purchase. Kevin has made that easy for us which is why we came back to Bommarito and will in the future. He spends the time to explain all of the car options. The few times we've needed service on our CRV it has been a pleasure to work with the service department which is another huge plus in buying a car. Good experience!! Dennis Olson was wonderful to deal with with. He knows cars well. He answered all of our questions and was not overbearing. After the sale he even stayed late to show us how everything in the car worked. He helped us tie our phones to the car. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. The downside was price negotiation. We agreed on a price with the manager, shook hands, and said "Deal!" Then we were told the administrative fee of $199 still needed to be added in. It was sneaky in my opinion. More
