Good experience!! Dennis Olson was wonderful to deal with with. He knows cars well. He answered all of our questions and was not overbearing. After the sale he even stayed late to show us how everything in the car worked. He helped us tie our phones to the car. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. The downside was price negotiation. We agreed on a price with the manager, shook hands, and said "Deal!" Then we were told the administrative fee of $199 still needed to be added in. It was sneaky in my opinion. More
