There was absolutely no pressure to buy but in the end, we ended up feeling the car was one we couldn't pass up. Kevin was extremely knowledgable and is great at what he does. He was very knowledgable about the car we test drove and informed us about every single feature the car had. He made us feel very comfortable and answered every question we had. Kevin made this whole experience about us and what was in our best interest rather than simply trying to sell a car. Between Sue and Bommarito, Honda, the experience was fun and satisfying. I sent an email to every Honda Dealership stating the vehicle I wanted, and the terms which I would do business. One of the main conditions was that I would not "haggle" and wanted a stress free experience. Sue Doyle was the only salesperson who read and understood my desires. Although the dealership is 25 miles further than two other Honda Stores, the totally professional manner Ms. Doyle responded to my request indicated her skill and recognition that I wanted to do business in a specific manner. None, of the other Honda stores in Missouri and Illinois believed me, or followed my instructions. Ms. Doyle's comprehension and willingness to do business they way I wanted to got her the sale. I don't regret my decision to go out of my way to do business with Sue Doyle or Bommarito Honda. There was no pressure applied, nor haggling, I was offered a fair price for my new car and unlike previous experiences , the entire process was totally professional and totally satisfying. Would I recommend Sue Doyle as a sales person? You bet. Would I recommend Bommarito as a dealership? You Bet. The interaction with the back office was short, sweet and totally professional.
