Good experience buying service since has been not as great. Milan was great to work with on the internet and was true to his price- no haggling when I got there. When I wanted a car with a different interior h Milan was great to work with on the internet and was true to his price- no haggling when I got there. When I wanted a car with a different interior he quickly located it. Service since has been not so great- twice I have visited and needed a part that was not in stock... both times they said I would be contacted. The first time I had to contact Milan and then it got taken care of. The second time, well let's say it has been six weeks and I am still waiting for a call for a gas cap. I can't believe that would take six weeks to obtain. I thought the service dept was slightly rude last time too when I told them I would be picked up but still needed the car in the afternoon. They said we take care of those who wait here first... not sure why that matters I had an appointment and was more inconvenienced by getting dropped and picked up. I needed the car later in the day... seems like if you have an appt you car should be taken at that time and those who don't have one wait. More

When I explained to Sean what we were looking for, he took control of the situation, treated me with the utmost respect and found us EXACTLY what we were looking for and more. As a woman, I've often been treated with a little less respect simply because I am a woman. Sean treated me with total respect, didn't talk down to me, and made me feel comfortable purchasing a car from him. He was by my side from the start to the finish when I drove my car off the lot. I emailed every Honda dealership in the greater St. Louis area with a request to purchase the Pilot. Half of the dealers failed to respond. The remaining responded in one form or another. Sue was the only response that was straightforward and honest from the beginning. Sue made the entire purchase smooth and without issue while at the same time being thoughtful and kind with her responses. She was pleasant and a joy to work with.
