Great Customer Service, Fast & Simple Process After driving my 1996 Honda Civic for 15 years and putting 250,000 miles (58,000 when I got it in 2000), It was time for an upgrade. Of course you kn After driving my 1996 Honda Civic for 15 years and putting 250,000 miles (58,000 when I got it in 2000), It was time for an upgrade. Of course you know it had to be another Honda, but hmm which one should I choose? Well on 10/20/2015, after doing some online research the HRV caught my eye. So I swing by Bommarito Honda and was greeted by Walter Bernard, who then let me test-drive the manual version. I loved it, but was fed with some bad news, the demand is high and I would have to get on the waiting list. But Walter told me the best thing to do it put a deposit down to lock one in and show that I’m serious. Before I left that day, Walter told he will be working hard to get me one as soon as possible. On 10/26/2015, I received a picture from Walter to my phone with my HRV on the truck. Yes I got one!!! After talk to Walter on the phone for some added accessories, I picked up the HRV on 10/28/2015. Not bad because I thought my wait time would be longer. I want to thank Walter Bernard for making the process quick, smooth, personal tutoring and attending to all my needs for the HRV.
