Sean Sage is very professional with a great sense of humor. Sean knew we needed a reliable, (but within budget), vehicle for my Mom. We took out the extended warranty, so that makes her feel even more secure knowing basically everything is covered for another 48 mos/48,000 miles. Sean has even called a couple of times to make sure we are happy campers, which we are. We also had the pleasure of having Guy Taylor as our finance man, he found us the finance option that best suited us. Guy is professional with a great sense of humor as well. I would recommend to everyone to give Bommarito Honda a try. And...if you have the pleasure of having Sean Sage and Guy Taylor as your salesman & finance man, well...that's just icing on the cake! Mr. Hall spent several hours making certain we were thoroughly familiar with all of the features our new CRV offers. From the test drive to the multiple options for both purchasing and leasing the SUV. Because my wife and I are both retired, we chose the lease option. God willing, this will not be last time we will rely on the Bommarito Group and Mr. Hall for our transportation needs. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my 70 years and this is ,by far, the very best dealer experience I have ever had. Cudos!!! More

Go out of their way to win/bring customers back I have previously wrote a negative review about one of the employees at Bommarito Honda and now I just want to come back and let everyone know that Bo I have previously wrote a negative review about one of the employees at Bommarito Honda and now I just want to come back and let everyone know that Bommarito's management and their director really do value our business and satisfaction of their customers. Bommarito's manager Kevin Brannock listened to my complaint when I called him on the phone, he got to the bottom of my issue and was super nice about all of it. Kevin Brannock took care of me right away (same day), game me a call back withing 15 minutes of my initial conversation with him and got the issue resolved (getting me my extended warranty refund check processed through Honda). I had the refund check in my procession a week later - Thank you Keving Brannock. But because I was so upset with my initial treatment I also contacted the director Keving Hall (an amazing person) who went above and beyond his call of duty and he really treated me with respect I did not anticipate. When I contacted Kevin Hall, I really didn't think anything would happen from that point forward but Kevin Hall surprised me and amazed me with his direct approach to me, his courtesy, professionalism and being down to earth. Mr. Hall took time out of his busy schedule and apologized for something that he did not even do, he made me feel comfortable to the point that if I need to go back to Bommarito (I most certainly will). My entire family, my close friends and now all of you (who are reading this) will know that if Bommarito makes a mistake, they really do find a way to make it up to their customer and they really do value our business and our satisfaction. Thank you to both Kevin Brannock and Kevin Hall for making my experience at Bommarito a pleasant one. More

Bommarito Honda's Aaron Harrington We came up to see a car we expressed interest in and ended up buying it - a 2011 Honda CR-V. Aaron Harrington followed up on the internet, so my hus We came up to see a car we expressed interest in and ended up buying it - a 2011 Honda CR-V. Aaron Harrington followed up on the internet, so my husband asked for him when we got there. He was very helpful, friendly, went to a lot of trouble for us to see a few different cars. He even hunted down an old Fit for us to look at. He was knowledgeable and efficient all thru the sales process, knows his stuff, very professional. I consider him top notch and he is the reason I will return for his sales skills and help in the future. The original battery was still in the car and faded out on us 4 or 5 days into having the car. Also some confusion about most recent oil change. Aaron helped us with all that. Jake in service was also very helpful, very competent. We were sold an extended warranty in a way that seemed somewhat deceptive to us. We decided we very much did not want the warranty and were pleased to be able to come up and fill out a form cancelling it without having to hassle with the finance manager. We will appreciate this even more fully when we get our refund check for the $1800 plus amount of the warranty plan we would not have bought if we hadn't felt so little choice about it on the day of the purchase. But again, Mr. Harrington was understanding and helpful and enabled us to leave the dealership pretty satisfied that all was now well with the nice looking Honda we had bought. I suggest this rating system be clearer about people's view of their specific sales person as dfifferentiated from feelings about the dealership in general. Our salesman, and also the Service department as we saw it today, will be the reasons we'll return in the future. More
