She was courteous and hassle-free (not high pressure, like other dealerships). She worked with us to make sure that we understood all the options we had to consider. She kindly explained the new features of the car and actually set-up our cell-phones in the vehicle for us. She arranged for us to upgrade our tires with the Service Department, who was also friendly and efficient. Guy Taylor was personable and great at explaining the Financing that would work best for us.
