Kevin Hall at Bommarito I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic in the North County area. Several guys at my FD have gone through Kevin Hall at Bommarito and they've all had nothing but I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic in the North County area. Several guys at my FD have gone through Kevin Hall at Bommarito and they've all had nothing but good things to say about their purchasing experience. They said it's a no pressure, laid back, professional, and accomidating experience. They were right. Kevin Hall made my dealership experience an EXCELLENT one. I entered the dealership innitially just to educate myself on new Ford products. Kevin took several hours, knowing he wasn't going to make a sale that day (I made that clear to him) to walk me around the dealership and show me the products Ford had to offer. When I left, he didn't ask for my phone number or email. He just asked that if I decide to buy a ford that I make a deal through him. His professional, no pressure attitude insured that I did just that. I returned to the dealership a second time to make a deal. I had listed everything I was looking for in a truck and Kevin found it for me. Kevin didn't try to sell me anything other than what I was looking for, which was great. I walked away with keys to the exact truck I was looking for, down to the specific color and options, and for a great price. I couldn't feel better about my experience at Bommarito Ford and I will be returning for my next vehicle purchase and will continue to refer friends and family to Bommarito Ford and Kevin Hall. Kevin has a life long customer in me and I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. WOW - Exceptional I don't know where to begin. From the moment I first shook Michael Minner's hand to the moment we drove off in our new (used) vehicle we were treated I don't know where to begin. From the moment I first shook Michael Minner's hand to the moment we drove off in our new (used) vehicle we were treated like royalty! Michael had an absolutely no pressure sales attitude and listened to everything we said. He had the vehicle my wife saw on line ready and we bought it. The vehicle (Passport) was priced right and they gave us exactly what our trade in was worth. It was a no haggle, awesome experience. The car is in amazing shape and Bommarito really sealed the deal with the over the top service. Jim Fincannon made everything perfectly clear. He offered the extended warranty with absolutely no pressure. He gave us the details, answered our questions and said "It is a great deal. Purchase it if you would like to - or don't" We got the extended warranty simply for peace of mind on a used car with 69,000 on it. I plan on returning to trade this vehicle in on a brand new car once it reaches 90,000 and the kids are out of the house! The people alone made me a Bommarito customer for life. The People at Ed Napleton need to take a page from Bommarito's book if they plan on staying in business for the long haul! More
