Flawless Experience from Start to Finish My wife and I knew we wanted a new Honda Accord, and we had a pretty good idea which model. Sue Doyle and I traded emails for a couple days, and then My wife and I knew we wanted a new Honda Accord, and we had a pretty good idea which model. Sue Doyle and I traded emails for a couple days, and then we went in to talk details. From the very beginning we felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Sue didn't try to sell us a more expensive model, she simply explained the differences in the two models we expressed interest in. From there the car really sold itself. Sue took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel like we were asking 'dumb' questions. We were quoted a good price, and given a fair amount for our 13 year old trade-in. Josh Berry was great as well. He took the time to show us all of the features of the car (and even charged my phone at his desk when he realized my battery was low) and really made sure we were happy. All in all it was a hassle-free, easy experience. I have a feeling we'll be purchasing our next vehicle from Bommarito Honda. Thanks Sue and Josh! More
