Excellent customer service Mike Knollhoff went above and beyond! My car was due for an oil change just before we left for vacation. On short notice Mike picked the car up at my house, leaving me another Honda to use. Not only did he get my oil changed, but he had the car washed and detailed--both inside and out. He even had the paint touched up where it had been scraped off. And then he dropped it off back at my house the very next day. The car looks like new again! Mike's the best! More

The price he gave us was below what we were expecting to pay. He took a very large amount of time to train myself and my wife on the options the Accord came with. He explained the things in term we could understand and made sure we understood what he was talking about.
