Mike was the first salesman that listened to what I had to say and matched me with selections that were both in my price range, and I was interested in buying. Mike was prepared when I got there with options, he was never pushy. After seeing how the other dealers treat women I would definitely recommend Bommarito as a dealer but I would strongly suggest you give Mike a try! I have always considered getting a Honda Accord because of the great ratings the cars always get. Went in with the Accord in mind test drove both the Honda Civic and Accord. Really thought they were both nice vehicles however in the end I liked the Accord best. Everyone at the dealership was nice, ended up leaving in my New 2014 Honda Accord which they had just washed. Mike took me through the options on the car step by step. I really appreciated their service and professional atmosphere at Bommarito Honda and Mike is a great guy to work with there. Thanks for creating a customer I had purchased 6 vehicles over a long period of time from the same dealership. I was a repeat customer because the finance manager, whom I developed I had purchased 6 vehicles over a long period of time from the same dealership. I was a repeat customer because the finance manager, whom I developed great respect for, knew how to treat people. I still had to wade through the sales menagerie a bit, but I'd let him know in advance that I'd be dropping by, and he always paved the road for me so that the process was enjoyable. When I purchased my last vehicle through that dealership - the finance manager was no longer there, and my experience was horrible. With that, I wasn't looking forward to the all-too-often demeaning process of buying a new car. Josh was a very welcomed relief. We didn't know whether we wanted a Honda product, but after working with Josh one Saturday afternoon test driving a number of vehicles, my wife and I were sure that we wanted Josh, or a Josh clone to sell us our next car. He's a salesperson that treats you with dignity. If you're just there to talk about cars and your likes and dislikes, he's there to listen. When you're ready to consider a purchase, he makes the process enjoyable and simple. Dealerships can all take a lesson from Josh's page book: treat people respectfully, let them decide when the time is right to consider a purchase, and be there to assist them in making the process a positive experience. Though I now won't have near-term vehicle needs - I'll look forward to the next time I will - and I'll return to Josh for assistance. Great job Josh. Kudos also to Jason. Great Overall Experience From the moment we arrived at Bommarito, everyone was up front and personable. For that reason I give them a 5 for Friendliness. Within two minutes of introducing the first car we looked at, John Hart had covered every detail that we were concerned with. Without even asking us, he was able to quickly give us all of the information that we needed for 7 or more cars. Hence the 5 for Quality of Work. As for Customer Service, I continued to be impressed. Upon return to the dealership, after we had made our decision at home, the vehicle we were trading in completely died. Once we finally arrived to the dealership (in the other vehicle that my wife was following me in), John was more than willing to find someone to pick it up for us and even take it off our hands. This level of customer service continued once we were dealing with our finance manager, Josh Sedivy. He was very willing to explain our warranty options and handled our case with ease. He was also very willing to work with our unique situation for paying for our Honda. I would not even consider placing anything other than 5 for Customer Service. Now down to the nitty gritty, the Price. Everyone is worried about price, no matter how knowledgeable or friendly the people are. Remember what I said about everyone being up front? This includes the price. We were told from the get go that their inventory is priced as low as possible because they want everyone to come there first (worked for us). Even after visiting other dealerships, it was clear that Bommarito was a cut above the rest, giving us everything we wanted for a price that could rival or beat anyone else. Surprise! Another 5. All of this being said, I can think of no other rating for Overall Experience other than a 5. Well done Bommarito! More
