Our sales consultant (Mike K.) was awesome, he had a couple of models for us to try to make sure we were totally happy and he knew that we had a clear view of what we wanted. Mike didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want and was very honest about the car, the costs, what came with it and also what we could get as trade-in for our existing vehicle. There were no surprises and the process was very quick, there was none of the long trips to the back room to come back much later with 'the number' that we've experienced at other dealers. When we met with Jim F. for the finance part, that was equally smooth, we got a great rate and all the paperwork was sorted very quickly. I'd definitely recommend without hesitation and will come back, Bommarito were on another level compared to other dealers in the area. Great job & thanks! More

She followed up with another e-mail to ensure I received her price quote and to ensure it contained everything I was looking for. She worked with me over the phone when I called her on her day off to go over pricing and answer all my questions. Her offer was the best among three dealers and included MSRP, discount price, incentives and dealer fee all broken out. There were no hidden costs or changes upon our arrival. Valuation for our trade and financing was quick an simple, and there was no pressure to buy add-ons. I had expected a little more for my trade, but considering the difference between Bommarito and other dealer's offers, the overall savings was still better than the other offers. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic EX with next to no miles on it and it feels like I'm driving a brand new car! I was hoping to get a little more for my trade-in than offered, but my old car was in pretty sad shape. Since I went ahead and purchased the car, it obviously wasn't a deal breaker. It's a great car! Anyhow, Josh was great with the finance portion and Don was good about filling in the "down time" throughout the purchase process. Very nice and personable and I appreciated his follow-up call a couple of days later. If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend using Don at Bommarito Honda.
