I went to Bommarito Honda looking to purchase a used vehicle and with the assistance of Josh Berry, I left the dealership with a brand new 2013 Honda Civic. What a surprise I got when I called Bommarito Honda and talked to Susan Doyle! She gave me the lowest price of any of the dealers that I talked to by several hundred dollars. One dealer said that he couldn't even come close to that price. I thought for sure that this was a "bait and switch" deal but was still willing to go and talk to her. When I met Susan, she was friendly, calm, very knowledgeable, but most of all, made good on the price that she had quoted me over the phone. I felt totally comfortable buying from her and did not leave feeling cheated. She said that they wanted people to come back and that is why they treat people right. I would go back to Bommarito in a heartbeat and feel that I got a great deal. More

Mike Knollhoff was excellent. Went above board in having to go through out the lot pulling different vehicles up (5) for us to test drive, especially in the cold and wind.
