I wish that there were a rating higher that "great" for our sales man Ian! My husband and I had decided that we wanted a Pilot and had actually been working with another local dealer. The day that we were supposed to go and make the official deal I went to test drive the car and then have them look at the car that we would be trading in. When it got to the point of locating the exact car that we wanted they kept telling me that it didn't exist and needless to say the situation started to feel very uncomfortable and fishy. I had been looking online and found not only the exact car that I wanted at Bommarito but several others that had the features we were looking for....the selection was hard to beat! I asked the other sales person about this and he told me that websites were unreliable and deceitful(which was actually how I was feeling about him). I left there with no answers and a bad feeling. I called my husband and told him I didn't feel comfortable with the sales person or the dealership. I called Bommarito and found out that indeed your website was accurate and that you had the car I wanted. Feeling un-trusting of sales people by this time I drove out with my 3 grade school kids to see for myself. Ian greeted me and I told him about our experience and he made me feel so comfortable and was 100% honest through the whole process. I told him if the price was right we were ready to buy a car. With in a very short time and a few phone calls to my husband we bought a car!!! My husband and I hate buying cars because of previous bad sales experience where we end up arguing over $100, never once did I feel pressured by Ian and he was direct and honest about where he could be on the price and got us right where we wanted to be!! Ian was friendly, courteous, honest, respectful and he made my bad day turn into the most painless car buying experience ever!!! The whole atmosphere of the dealership was very warm and welcoming too. Ian sold us a car, sold us on himself and sold us on Bommarito!! You guys need to keep him around!!! More

This is the first dealership I visited on the day I went car shopping. I had never bought my own car before, so I was prepared for the pushy and manipulative car salesmen that everyone talks about. When I first arrived I was introduced to Mike Knollhoff. He asked what cars I was interested in and I told him the Civic Hybrid. He asked why and I told him one of my very top priorities was gas mileage. He explained to me that the hybrids are about $4000 more than the standard, but that the standard could give me the same, if not better, gas mileage. He told me there is an "Econ" button that can be used to improve gas mileage on the standard Civic. After this I began to let my guard down because I felt he was an honest guy. He went on to let me test drive both trims of the Civic while being very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. I really really liked the Civic but I had planned on visiting other dealerships before making a final decision. I told him this and he said that he would give me a great deal when I was ready. I ended up visiting a Hyundai dealership and was not impressed. I went back to see Mike two days later to make a deal. There were some friendly back and forth negotiations and at one point the manager came over to say that they could not go any lower. Finally we worked out a deal for a great price. The minute I agreed, Mike got so excited for me and continued to say "congratulations", I loved that he was just as excited as I was. He immediately got the financial portion of the deal rolling so we could "get out in 45 minutes" as he said. I once again was prepared for all the shenanigans of car financing and add ons, but was pleasantly surprised when all I was asked about was the warranty. Mr. Fincannon was my finance guy and he was very honest and knowledgeable about the warranty benefits. I ended up adding the warranty and then signed many necessary forms, all while getting each of my questions answered. I was literally out the door in about 30 minutes after making the deal. My dad came with me for the process and in all his years of buying new cars, he had never seen the process go so smoothly and fast. Mike then met up with me and took me and my company to explore the features of my new. car. He sat in the passenger seat while my friend and dad sat in the back. He helped me connect my phone via Bluetooth and add favorites to my contact list (including himself in case I ever needed anything). He helped me set up voice dialing and change my presets to my favorite radio stations. Mike showed me a couple of other great features and answered all of my questions. I was more than impressed with Mike and my whole car-buying experience. I did not feel manipulated or pushed around whatsoever. Mike was a genuine guy who wanted to sell me the best car at the best price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I come in contact with and I would buy from them again. One more thing: Bommarito Honda offers 4 free oil changes if you buy from them. I wrestled with whether this was an advantage or not considering I live about 40 minutes from the dealership. Mike informed me that he lives about 10 minutes from me, and whenever I need an oil change, I can meet him at a gas station close to my house, switch cars with me, and he will take mine to get the oil change. This in my opinion was above and beyond great customer service. The world needs more people like Mike. More
