I had a very good new car experience. I had been considering purchasing a new Honda for well over a year. My 2006 Honda CR-V was serviced by another dealership and I did consider purchasing my new considering purchasing a new Honda for well over a year. I even went to their new car lot the day before I contacted Bommarito Honda and purchased my new Honda. Based on previous purchases I made with Bommarito Nissan back in 1987 and again in 1996 (approx), I made the decision to go to Bommarito Honda for my new Honda. I sent an email because I had a question about the state tax and title process, and I received a phone call from Sue Doyle and she answered my question and then she listened as I talked about what I was looking for. She followed up immediately with an email and I met with her the very next day. The Bommarito showroom is very impressive and when I got out of the car, one of the salesman came right out to help me and I told him Iwished to speak with Sue. I brought my family with me and Sue was very professional and so easy to talk to. She explained everything about the car and she got me awesome deal. I know her job is to sell Honda's, but she really made me feel like she was there to help me get the best deal. It helped that she owns two Honda's herself and could give me tips based her own personal experience as well as her knowledge of the product she sells. Your finance manager, Jason Galeski, was also very personable and explained the financing and coverage to me clearly and answered my all of questions. I made the right decision to come to Bommarito and I am so glad Sue answered my email! More

We really appreciated the time that you spent with us going through all of the various cars to choose from at all 4 of your Bommarito of Hazelwood lots. The Nissan Sentra on the "Vallerito" lot (Bommarito's overflow storage lot at Valley Industries) is what originally caught Charissa's eye. Ultimately we purchased the 2013 Honda Civic which is an excellent vehicle, and 65% USA parts and assembled in Indiana. The deal that you offered us was excellent. The guys in your service area did an amazingly fast job at getting the vehicle prepped and ready considering that we finally made the decision on the one we wanted at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night! Your finance guy was professional and gave us many options to choose from along the way. We are ultimately extremely satisfied with our vehicle and with our experience at your outstanding dealership! Bommarito was the 3rd dealership I visited in looking for a used Honda Accord. I found a vehicle online, arrived at the dealership and requested one of the Internet sales people. Aaron Harrington immediately addressed me and I told him the vehicle I was looking for. He immediately got the keys and a plate so I could take it for a test drive. Aaron assured me to take my time and come back when I was comfortable. When I came back he asked "Is this the one for you?". I suggested we go inside and talk numbers. I had a trade in and they offered a fair value. We then discussed the pricing of their vehicle and they came down a few hundred. They didn't come down as far as I wanted but it was still fair; and at the end of the day that's all we can ask for. Neither side should feel as though they were taken advantage of. I have purchased other vehicles at other Bommarito dealerships and this experience was just as good as the previous. I'm not sure why I didn't just come here first!! I will be in the market for another vehicle soon and I was very pleased to hear they have recently acquired a Ford dealership. I will be going back to Bommarito in the future and I would recommend my family and friends do the same. If you're interested in a Honda I would highly recommend Aaron Harrington. He was courteous, reasonable, fair and honest. Just give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. More

Several months ago I bought a new Mazda3, which I didn't like, so I sold it and decided to go with the new Accord. Having had two new car purchases so close together it's easy to compare the differen didn't like, so I sold it and decided to go with the new Accord. Having had two new car purchases so close together it's easy to compare the differences. The experience buying the Accord at Bommarito Honda was far better. The atmosphere was nicer. The whole process moved very quickly. The financing close wasn't the typical "high-pressure sales pitch" for extended warranties and miscellaneous insurances. I worked with Sue Doyle over email for a while on a price and then came in to pick out and test drive a car. We took our time and picked the color we wanted and were able to take a long test drive and didn't experience any kind of pressure to buy or decide right now. It was a very pleasant experience. More
