We walked in looking for a nice SUV for the family. We were thinking a pre-owned Chevy or Honda. On the day I purchased my vehicle I would say my experience was good. The sales person Don was nice and didn't make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle and I felt very comfortable. However, I wish that my second encounter with Don would had been as pleasant as the first time. When I was in the process of purchasing my vehicle I explained to Don that I needed a vehicle that would be able to pull my popup camper so it would have to have a towing package. Don stated that my vehicle did in fact have everything I needed to tow my camper. So here we are a couple of months later and I'm getting ready to take my camper out to get it ready for a trip and notice I can't find the wiring harness. I looked in the manual and still couldn't find it. I then took my vehicle back to Honda to have them show me where it could be and the service department tells me that I must not have one because they can't find it. They directed me to the sales floor to talk with Don. The receptionist gave Don my name and told me he would be with me soon. A couple of minutes later Don comes up to me and says, "Now who are you?" Wow, I understand that you may not remember every customer but a good sales man would at least play it off and treat you as if you were a special client. I explained to Don the situation while he rummaged through his paperwork still trying to find my info. He finds my paperwork and then says yeah it has the towing package but you will have to purchase the wiring harness because the vehicle doesn't have it. He then continues to explain that I assumed that it did come with it. Big mistake!! I specifically asked if the vehicle had everything to tow my camper and he said yes. If he would have said no, it has everything except the wiring I would have purchased it the day I was there. But he didn't! Now that I think about it, he spent more time talking about himself when I was trying to purchase my vehicle then listening to my needs. He kept talking about his jumps out of planes and how important it was for me to fill out a survey for him so him and his wife could have a free lunch. I thought it was just him trying to make conversation and little did I know that it would cost me a two hour trip from my house to Honda and back, my camping trip had to be canceled and then a quote of $247 to get the wiring. I love my SUV and would recommend Honda to to anyone. I would not recommend anyone to Don though unless they don't want to me heard, want to be inconvenienced, or treated as if they are another sale!!! More
We bought our first Honda in February 2008. We still our love our Odyssey and since we had such great service with Aaron and Jason with that first purchase, we decided to go back to Bommarito when we needed love our Odyssey and since we had such great service with Aaron and Jason with that first purchase, we decided to go back to Bommarito when we needed another car. We knew we didn't have much time left with our 2003 Impala so we started researching inventory on Bommarito's website. With a couple of calls to Aaron we were in business and on our way to test drive a few that fit our criteria. Aaron once again went above and beyond his call of duty. He found yet another car to fit our criteria, one that had not been on the website and we didn't even know it was available. Aaron made sure it was and knew this was a good car for us. We have kept in fairly good touch with Aaron since our purchase five years ago, but he far exceeded our expectations with finding us the Accord that we love (and drove home with...) And talk about efficiency. Bommarito's service is top notch with their whole sales team. Aaron has a no frills approach that we appreciate. It took no time at all to complete our paperwork and be on our way with our new purchase. That paperwork included our financing with Jason Galeski. We were impressed with how quickly the financing was completed once we decided on price. It seemed like it took no time at all. Jason was extremely efficient and matched Aaron's excellent level of service. More

Some of the customer service we experienced...Well bluntly put "sucked". Both Mr. Arnold and Mr. Taylor were very professional through the entire business process and we managed to reach a satisfactory agreement. Leon(Arnold) was very helpful and worked everything he could for us to make the deal as smooth as possible. Guy (Taylor) was the man who actually stepped out and greeted us and spoke for a little while. He has great business sense and can help you out the best way he can. I've NEVER experienced a sales manager coming out to talk with a potential client. Ever. I believe customer service is very important in making or breaking a deal between dealerships. I don't care how top of the line your dealership is. If your customer service sucks I'll take my business elsewhere. Bommarito's reputation is as advertised and I hope to do business with them again. We're happy with our new CR-V!! More
