Let me begin by saying that my wife Delores and I had bought a new vehicle only once before and the experience left a bad taste in our mouth to the point, we said we would never do it again. I felt so confident with Mike that I actually allowed my wife to go see him and start the process all by herself, something I would never do with any other dealer. Mike aand the great folks and Bommarito took great care of my wife and she traded in her 2008 (HIGH INTEREST RATE) Mitsubisha Gallant and drove off with her Red 2012 Honda CR-V EX/L with Navigation. The experience was so pleasant that I went to the dealership the following day and they got me out of my 2003 (HIGH INTEREST RATE) Audi A4 and now I'm driving a Red 2012 Honda Accord EX/L with Full Technology Package and Navigation. Mike Knollhoff is an excellent saleman but, even more important is Mike Knollhoff is a Christian and when he works for you he is doing it as a servant of God. He and I prayed together and when we finished, he said "Congratulations that's your car!" I could not believe that my wife and I had not only been blessed with one beautiful Honda but two. God is soooo good, to HIM be all the Glory! We no longer hava two high interest loans and we will have a new car every three years. Once there, they inspected my van and saw everything that needed to be repaired, and we began talking about getting a new car. Mike Knollhoff treated me like I was a family member, getting me the very best trade-in price (way more than I expected) and figuring out what type of car I need. After test driving a couple of cars, I left to have dinner with my family and he went on a search for the perfect deal for me. When I returned, he had found a Honda Accord that was beyond what I ever thought I would be able to get at a price that I was easily able to afford. Even though he knew I really needed a new car last night, he never took advantage of that and helped me get not only what I needed, but what I wanted. We needed a new windshield for our Dodge Grand Caravan. I had been shopping around for the best price and didn't want to deal with my insurance. I knew that they were a Honda dealership, but I had heard g I had been shopping around for the best price and didn't want to deal with my insurance. I knew that they were a Honda dealership, but I had heard great things about their service department and especially about the Salesman, Mike Knollhoff. When I called Mike, he informed me that they could work on our Dodge and that it would be a factory certified part. The price was $20-30 cheaper than anywhere else I had checked. He asked if I needed any other work done. I stated that I was buying a couple new tires at Walmart, but I could probably use an alignment on my front end and I was just about due for an oil change. Mike knows that I have five adopted children and made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and return it to me. When he dropped off my van, it had been detailed inside and out...my wheels looked brand new. With customer service and the quality of work like this...I will send everyone I know to Mike Knollhoff and Bommarito Honda! More
