My wife picked me up from the airport in STL after 36 hours of traveling time in airports and in the air and we went straight to the dealership. I didn't know what to think before I walked in. We asked for Mike Minner because he was listed as the internet sale rep. I have been to many dealerships looking for cars and have been ready to buy many times but its really all about how you are treated that usually make my top priority on the list for buying a car at a particular place. I have to say, this by far was the best car buying and shopping experience I have had. No pressure, very willing to help in any way, clean, friendly, welcoming, and professional, top class are just a few ways to explain this experience. At no time at all did I feel pressured to take something that I didn't really want. We did walk away the first day because we did not want to settle with a used car that was not the right color or year we wanted. Mike said he would do what he could to find a vehicle for us. A day later a vehicle had come into the lot as a trade in and Mike knew it was the right vehicle for us since we spent several hours with him helping us and trying to find us the right vehicle. It was the right vehicle and we came back up the next day to test drive it and bought it on the spot. I am completely impressed with our experience at Bommarito Honda. This was my third car that I have purchased from a Bommarito dealership. Above all the sales staff was very professional, genuinely nice, and extremely helpful. The atmosphere amongst them was like a family, and not a shark tank. Sue Doyle was a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic sales person that gives great information, and insight. She also knows when to give a little space for discussion with the spouse. She spent so much time to make sure I understood all of the “bells and whistles” of the Pilot. A true measure of a great sales person, she followed up with me two days after I bought the Pilot, to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and to let me know she was available if I had any questions. Jason in financing was super nice! He made us feel at ease and while we were signing our life away. I absolutely love my Pilot!!!! More

Very friendly, efficient, respectfulnand hard working salesperson and finance staff. I knew what I wanted and there was no schtick or back and forthing with the sales manager. I really liked our salesperson, Bill Cross. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. I think we got a pretty good price compared to other Honda dealerships we looked at without having to hag friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. My main complaint is I feel I got ripped off by being charged a $199 "administration fee" which is another name for "dealer profit." I probably should have just refused to pay it, but at that point I didn't feel like doing any more negotiating, I just wanted to close the deal. I also felt the way the finance person presented the warranty options/costs was intentionally confusing so as to make it appear less expensive than it was. On the positive side though, this was the only dealership I've seen that will refund the price of your warranty if you don't make any claims on it. That seems like a pretty good deal. My overall experience was positive and I would definitely recommend this dealer and would return to them myself in the future. More
