Mark helped me understand the financial implications of turning my lease in too early and also did a great job of keeping in touch as I got closer to the end of my lease. When I was ready to move forward with my next lease, Mark was super efficient and very responsive to all of my questions. In fact, I called Mark the morning of May 21st and I was able to drive my new Rogue off the lot by the evening of May 21st!! Great care, after the sale! I bought a well-used, 2010 Ford Explorer. They fixed a problem with a door lock that we knew about when the vehicle was purchased.
