Poor communication skills My experience with this dealership was not a good one. When, on the test drive, I indicated the price was more than I would be happy with, the sales My experience with this dealership was not a good one. When, on the test drive, I indicated the price was more than I would be happy with, the sales person immediately tried to switch me two other vehicles even though I indicated this was the vehicle I wanted. My drivers license was not returned to me after the test drive which caused me to not be able to test drive any other cars anywhere else. It also made me have to return to that dealership. I wasn’t told that there was only one key to the car until after the paperwork was signed. ( those keys are very expensive) When I tried to negotiate I was met with cold resistance and the sales person even failed to make eye contact with me and ended our meeting bruskley. The process was fairly quick and negotiations were limited. Overall I left with the car I wanted at a good price but the experience was less than one would want. I would not have given a poor review or any review because of the poor experience but I was pressed several times to write this review. More

Most pleasurable new car purchase ever. We selected Bommarito Nissan from Cars.com because of the price, and more importantly, for all the positive reviews. Turns out, the reviews were well- We selected Bommarito Nissan from Cars.com because of the price, and more importantly, for all the positive reviews. Turns out, the reviews were well-earned, and were deserving of our nine-hour, round-trip drive between Iowa and St. Louis. Our first contact with Mark Eversgerd was met with friendliness and respect, and Mark expressed up front that he wanted us to know the price and the discounts before we left Iowa, so we could be assured of a great deal, and would make the trip! We very much enjoyed meeting Mark; he had our selected Versa all ready for us upon our arrival, and then he was so very accommodating when we told him we had decided (during our long trip there and our overnight stay in St. Louis), that we wanted to look at an upgrade with a back-up camera. We were getting a great deal already, and the upgrade from the Versa SV to the Sentra with a back-up camera standard, was surprisingly economical. We decided on a Sentra SV with 4-wheel disc brakes, aluminum alloy wheels, remote start, and more tech goodies, and we paid less for it than our local dealerships wanted for the Versa! It was a pleasure to be with Mark; he showed us all the additional features, set the blue tooth, and took us on a tour of the service area. We are looking forward to our next visit with Mark at Bommarito to get a new Nissan Rogue AWD, of course getting a free Sentra oil change, Starbucks, fruit, and ice cream at Bommarito. I would encourage anyone to shop Bommarito Nissan first, to ensure an excellent deal; it was certainly well worth the trip for us! More
