WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE??? Want a great car buying experience...go see Mark Eversgerd at Bommarito Nissan West. I called the dealership and asked to speak with sales regarding a Want a great car buying experience...go see Mark Eversgerd at Bommarito Nissan West. I called the dealership and asked to speak with sales regarding a new Nissan Rogue. Fortunately, I was transferred to Mark Eversgerd. Within minutes, it was obvious to me that Mark"s product knowledge was outstanding. He took the time to educate me on the differences between the various Rogue models that Nissan offers and highlighted the different incentives that both Nissan and Bommarito had extended to the public. I was so impressed with Mark that I made an appointment for my wife and I to come see him the next day. Talk about customer service...it turned out that it was Mark's day off but he came in just to meet with my wife and I. He went out of his way to make sure that my wife understood all the different options available and we test drove one to make sure that she was comfortable behind the wheel. There was never any pressure from Mark to buy the car. We were overwhelmed by his kindness and desire to make sure that we found exactly what we wanted and best fit our needs. We decided to buy the car and Mark went the "extra mile" to get us the price we needed and the trade value for the car we brought in. We drove the new car home that night. But that wasn't the last we heard from Mark. He has followed up at least three times with phone calls inquiring about our satisfaction and even met my wife back at the dealership to program the electronic options in the car.to suit her needs. The experience didn't end with Mark. We financed the car through Nissan and met with Steve Emerson for the financial arrangements. What a professional. Steve explained all of our options and made sure we understood everything. We have another vehicle, that is not a Nissan. The lease is due up within the next ninety days...guess where we are going first for another new car...WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE??? More
