He was down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, listened to what our needs and requirements were, and went above and beyond to not only locate a vehicle that checked all the boxes on our wish list, but went the extra step by spending a significant amount of time in demonstrating and training us on how to operate every bell and whistle on our new car!
