I went into the dealership today extremely nervous because I needed to buy a car ASAP. My old car was falling apart and I felt pressured (internally) to make a decision. I had never bought a car for myself and expressed my concerns with Mark. He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with my decision! He was easy to relate to and joke around with, which made me feel much less nervous. In the end, I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima (which I love) and I couldn't have done it without him! I would recommend him to all of my friends and family who are car shopping. I also visited with Kyle for the finance part of the process. Kyle was so nice and clearly knew what he was doing! He got me an interest rate of 6% less than what my own bank offered me. He also talked me through all the different payment options and made it way easier to understand. He was easy to talk to and I'm very grateful that he was in charge of the loan portion of the process! He really cares about what he does and it's obvious through his great customer service. More

We happened to find one online that happened to be located at the Bommarito Nissan Ballwin dealership that we really liked. We set up an appointment and went and test drove the car. Upon our arrival to test drive we were greeted by the friendly up front counter girl and then by Joe Caswell. He was not a pushy salesman at all. He answered any and all questions we had and made us feel comfortable. He also understood and didn't haggle us when we told him we had one more vehicle to go look at and test drive at another dealership. We ended up back at Bommarito Nissan Ballwin and back with Joe Caswell for the final purchase of our SUV. Again, Joe was very upfront, non pushy like we see and dread with other car salesmen and was very easy to talk to and get along with. He also answered all of our questions and has even been in touch after the purchase to make sure everything is still going well with our purchase. If we need another vehicle, we will be back to this location and to Joe. Furthermore, Steve Emerson in finance was a huge help and even gave us other quotes as far as our interest rates per our request. He helped make the end of our experience as enjoyable as the beginning. We have no complaints about our visit(s) here and had the best two car salesmen/finance we have ever worked with in our car purchasing history. More

Came in same day, on busy Saturday afternoon, and Damon gave us all the time and attention we needed, with a no-pressure, straight forward attitude. Deals available were as previously discussed, no games or gimmicks, and he addressed all our questions and concerns, checked in with us frequently despite the dealerships busyness, and was great to close a deal with. He even personally delivered all weather mats to us the following business day because they were unavailable after the service center closes Saturday afternoon. Kyle in finance was great as well. Got us better financing than independent credit union, was very personable, and quickly and efficiently got us through the paperwork process. More
