Not a great Dealership ! Rude Sales Managers ! I have purchased two vehicles last month one of which was a Nissan Altima 2016 from Bommarito Nissan West in Ballwin. The sales managers at this store I have purchased two vehicles last month one of which was a Nissan Altima 2016 from Bommarito Nissan West in Ballwin. The sales managers at this store are literally intimidating and outright bullying in nature. Never haggle for lower price at this store. They will be mean to you. Go to this store only if you can purchase a vehicle on the price they the quote. If you try to negotiate, they simply mistreat you. Some of the things they said to me when I asked for a lower price were like "Should we remove one tire" ?. Should we remove the warrant ? Should be remove the engine. Ridiculous ! Bommarito is a good brand but this store is not one of the best ones to buy your vehicle. Stay away from the Sales manager Joe Caswell. He is outright rude and will intimidate you and start insulting you if you try to negotiate. Go with Matt McManus if you have to, he is much more professional. Stay away from this dealership if you can ! More
