PRESSURED I came into the dealership trying to get an accurate price range for my first car I would be purchasing and instead I almost got tricked or forced to I came into the dealership trying to get an accurate price range for my first car I would be purchasing and instead I almost got tricked or forced to purchase a vehicle. I test drove a car (which I loved) and came back in to see what kind of prices it would cost. After signing credit applications, the personal employee I worked with, began giving my buyers agreement forms to sign. After telling him, I needed time to think about it, and I wasn't sure, he began to pressure me, and force me to sign. I tried to call my parents to speak with them, and he would never give me the space to freely talk with my parents. Very frustrating day, and even after leaving the dealership, he called me to say that they could work out a better deal, and he would let me drive it home that afternoon. Sometimes too much is WAY TOO MUCH. Thank you to Kyle Reinken who was able to be very kind, as he tried to relieve some of the pressure by politely showing me my financing options. I appreciate it. Dustin Olsen called me Tuesday morning and explained t I found Bommarito Nissan on Autotrader.com Monday, and sent an email inquiring about a Murano. Dustin Olsen called me Tuesday morning and explained the options on the Murano I inquired about, the sale price, dealer fees, etc. in a clam professional manner. Over the last 10 days I have talked to salesmen at four different dealerships, in three different States. Dustin Olsen was the only one that did not try to apply extreme pressure, and provided me with the sale details I requested in writing. He is also the only salesman that I didn't feel like was feeding me a line! Based on my impression of Dustin from our phone conversations, today I drove five hours from MS to purchase the 2016 Murano. Dustin and all of the staff members I came in contact with were friendly and professional! The numbers were exactly as Dustin had provided. No surprises! He took time to explain all the features of the Murano. The dealership was very nice! My experience exceeded my expectation! And to top it off, the ten hours of driving saved me about $2000! More

He treated me like a normal person and was honest and straight forward the entire time. He made the process fun, which is the last thing you would expect in buying a car.
