After trying two other dealers, one I scheduled an appointment a day in advance. When I showed up on time, they couldn't find my contact, then they told me the vehicle wasn't there. Codi was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He helped guide me through the process with ease and was extremely straightforward with what was happening behind the scenes. He also went along with my husban guide me through the process with ease and was extremely straightforward with what was happening behind the scenes. He also went along with my husband's antics so I'm very appreciative of his patience and willingness to help us. The only problem I ran into was toward the end of the sale and it had nothing to do with Codi but instead the dealership itself. My husband and I had been at the dealership for about 5 hours at that point and unfortunately, the employee who was assisting us with the finances didn't really seem interested in us being there any longer. I felt dismissed when I had signed the paperwork - to the point where he urged us out of his office and then invited other colleagues to talk with him while we waited aimlessly in the showroom for the next 15 minutes without being assisted. More
