Great Service, couldn't have asked for anything to be better I had the best car buying experience ever at Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin and that is coming from a person that use to buy a new car every one to two y I had the best car buying experience ever at Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin and that is coming from a person that use to buy a new car every one to two years. Unfortunately, the rumors/stigmatism that is connected to car salesmen has always rung true for me as far as being sexist and degrading to women. I walked into Bommarito Nissan and was immediately spoken to and acknowledged. I initially spoke with Dave Evans by phone which turned out to be the General Sales Manager. I let him know what I was looking for and he introduced me to Mark Eversgerd. He called me and introduced his self to me and he went over the conversation with me that I had with Dave to make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for and set up a time for me to come meet with him. At this point, I had talked to numinous people on the computer and phone. I am one of those people that do not leave my home and don’t like to be around people so when I would talk to these people I told them what I wanted and either they could or could not do it. Of course, they could all do it until I got there and they did all their double talk and then just drive me crazy after I left with all their messages. Not the situation with Mark. He told me he thinks he could help me and never called me again unless I asked him to. When I got there to meet Mark, I was immediately spoken too. Mark took me to his office and went over different options that he came up with and ultimately left the decision up to me of what I wanted. He had a wide range of suggestions at all price levels but in the parameters of what I said I wanted. He took his time with me and made sure I understood everything because I told him ahead of time I needed someone with patience because I have trouble understanding things. We made a deal and filled out the paperwork and told me he would take me to the finance office, introduced me to Ian Johnson and told him them that I couldn’t handle pressure and needed things explained to me slowly. Ian was just as great to me. He explained to me the differences in all the extended warranty’s and went over all the paperwork with me and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any questions. After the interaction I had with Dave Evans, I completely understood why everyone else to so kind. Great managers make great employees, which makes a great car buying experience. Happy employees make happy customers that RETURN. More

But it was after the sale that made such an impact on me. Some where along the way I had lost my phone not knowing where this happened I call around asking if one had been turned in. Every where said no, but I felt like it was here that I lost it. I was pretty bummed. I decided to go and retrace my steps. After arriving and looking around, Carlos Lopez approached me. He offered to call the sales person that we were working with (Gabe) to try to figure out which unit we did the test drive in. I offered to go and help him look but he sat me down to wait. After some time he came carrying my phone. I had all but given up on finding this. Earlier Gabe had looked in the cars that we had driven or sat in, but Carlos took extra time and care to search deep under the seat to make my day. Carlos went the extra mile for me and I am going the extra mile for him. GO BUY A CAR FROM CARLOS LOPEZ and make his day!! More

I was greeted at the door by a very nice receptionist and a sales person as well. I told the salesman what I wanted and he brought it right to me. Answered my questions and then we made a deal. Keep in mind this was all at closing time. They ALL stayed late to get me on the road with my new Nissan,cleaned and filled for my long trip home! More
