Todd was able to qualm my fears of a new purchase. He listened to my needs, answer my questions. I have already spoke with other dealers so I had an idea of the cost. He approached with a straightforward no nonsense offer. Although I am hearing impaired and was hampered further sinus issue, he was able to communicate with me without becoming impatient.. That is not an easy thing to do. I came to the showroom a few times with various questions and a down payment. He answered my general questions on financing rebates. At the time of purchase, he made sure the finance manager knew about my issues of hearing. Went over new car details,ie 2 year oil changes and tire rotations, advise to return in 5000 miles, took me back to the service department to allow me to become familiar with it. Before I left, he went over some of the functions, my list of questions, and made sure I felt comfortable leaving. I am sure I am missing everything he did to make the transition from my prior vehicle a seamless.event Overall, I would definitely recommend him to others and when the time comes to be a repeat customer.
