The overall experience was totally honest and forthright. The overall rating was given because of the salesman Sam Devers giving me honest answers and not trying to change anything. Made the trip he wasn’t there so another person basically glanced at car took info and I filled out forms. Later that evening I get email sorry your mileage is too high and payoff so can’t make you an offer now “after” already emailing me that they could at a certain price..I was honest but they were not! Btw why offer 10yr/200,000 mile warranty but you can’t take a car with less but use it as an excuse to not make a sale.. More

The very first time you meet him, he is personable right off the back and gets to know you without trying to sale you a car. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of establishing a relationship. He gave me car test drive with no pressure and encouraged me to try other vehicles. Regardless of the vehicle I wanted, I was going to purchase it from him because he cared enough to listen to my situation, present me with all of my options and give me a great deal. Wasn't planning on buying a Car, But. We really were not planning on buying a car, at this time, but we were curious about the prices of the new Nissan Altima. In fact, we bet each other, if we would be able to find a car that would be in our price range, and I did win the bet, it was well within our price range. I had already told the Salesman George Bussey that we were not buying a car, that we just wanted to know the price of the car. When he told my husband and I the price, I said well maybe, we could entertain the notion. George was very patient did not push us at all, we spoke to Todd Zamler the Finance Representative, and the entire process was so very painless, and fast. I really enjoyed the service at the dealership located in Hazelwood, we have been to a few other Nissan Dealerships in the past, but this one by far, is our favorite. Everyone in the dealership, (Representatives & Customers) were really nice, I mean it did not seem like the prejudices of the world existed inside this place. WE were in a FAMILY atmosphere there, and I enjoyed that about this dealership. It was a very warm and friendly experience for my husband and myself. I really liked it enough to write a review, which is something I rarely do.
