I did all negotiations over the phone which was nice because I live in another state. After buying Jessica arranged for a ride for me from the airport and met me early at the dealership. Unfortunately after that it could have been better. Jessica asked the finance people to be there early to help me but unfortunately I had to wait 2 hours for their assistance. Once they helped me it only took 15 minutes but the 2 hours was lost. Jessica was very apologetic. More

I asked for a rental car so that I could travel to work and back during the repair. 1.) I can't get an appointment for 4 days to get it looked at. 2.) They refuse to provide a rental car while I wait for their repair timeline AND they expect me to pay for the rental car until they deem the repair covered. It is 3 months old. All repairs are supposed to be covered. One of the main reasons to purchase a new car is to have confidence That if situations such as this occur you will have covered services. That is not the case with this dealer. My recommendation is to go somewhere else if you expect good service after you sign the deal. I will be in the future. 25 years of buying new cars and have NEVER been treated this poorly. Derek tried to help but the management refused. More

We both have the up most respect for this dealership. Anytime that we have been there, everyone goes out of their way to make us feel like special customers. The family like atmosphere is what draws us back from over an hour and 45 mins drive. Yes we could go to other Nissan dealers in our area, but we choose Bommarito. I do want to say that I know that people don't like being bothered with phone calls from establishments, but I thank Rich in your service department for checking into the bogus bad review. Otherwise we would not have known that our email had been hacked, while we have been on vacation. Please do not stop your inquires with us in the future, you probable just helped us to avoid an Identity Theft. And please know we will continue to use Bommatiro in the future.
