Before we left, he made sure to help us "get to know our vehicle"...and I'm very grateful since there were a lot of bells and whistles on the Pathfinder Platinum. I would highly recommend asking for Tyler when you shop at Bommarito. We were also impressed by Todd Z, who was in the finance department. My initial contact with Todd thru Bommarito's great online web site, led me to his partner Tyler, who did a great job showing me all the details about the car and signing the contract. He sat with me the entire time I was waiting my turn to get into finalize the sale with finance. It was nice to have a positive experience, for once, buying a new car. Absolutely the right car from the right people It's rare to come across a car buying experience that makes you "happy" rather than exhausted after the process. Talking to Todd was more like talking to a friend helping me find what I wanted rather than him trying to push me toward what he thinks I should buy. He moved efficiently through a process that is usually so stressful for me while still being patient and taking his time to explain everything. This was by far the best experience I've ever had and I've bought 5 cars in 12 years so I'm no stranger to the process. The finance guy, Greg, was also amazing, personable, and no strong-arm upsell tactics -- just presented all the options and you decide what you want. I live quite far from Hazelwood but it was worth the drive for such a relaxed and fun car buying experience. It's only been a couple of days but I really like my new car and I know it was the right choice from the right dealership. If you're in the market to buy, or even just possibly thinking about it (I had no idea I was going to buy a car last week), talk to Todd. He won't hard sell or push you and the finance guy won't sit across from you with an intimidating stack of paperwork and fast talk you through the process.
