I arrived tonight for a sales call and didn't know they closed at 6 and I arrived at 6:15, I went in and told Paul I wasn't aware they closed at 6 and he totally took care of me and could have easily told me that I would have to come back in the morning or drop it and leave with a loaner car. We did a lot of research to make sure we were getting the right vehicle for the right price, including lengthy conversations with many dealers between here and the 130 miles we drove to get to Bommarito, as well as dealers across the country. The service that Bommarito provided us was well worth the drive! They gave us a deal that no other dealer could match, as well as found features for our vehicle that had other dealers scratching their heads. Dustin also went above and beyond to make sure we could get financing that we could afford, being a young couple with limited credit history. We are really looking forward to how having this auto loan will improve our credit and make us more attractive candidates for a home loan one day! There were a lot of perks they offered that helped them stand out, such as extended warranties free of charge and free maintenance for a period of time. I should have just went to Bommarito Nissan from the start. Lesson learned. Buying a car is stresssful and they made me feel at ease. I wasn't too sure I wanted to buy and new car or not. My salesman was Todd Eversgerd. He explained the new 2015 Nissan Rogue in great detail. He worked with me on the sales price and my trade to suit my requirements. I also got great service from Mr. Bommarito and the finance manager.After getting home I discovered I did not have any new owners manuals and Todd went above and beyond and personally brought them to my home that same day. Now , that is service! I have brought previous cars from the Bommarito Honda dealership. This was my first experience buying from Bommarito Nissan and it was a great experience too. He was ready with the keys when I arrived and allowed me to test drive by myself. Purchased the vehicle with no negotiation because I was already happy with the price. After I got home with it, I realized I had paid $1,000 more than advertised on autotrader.com. So I emailed him back and he said I could come back and redo the paper work. So I did and the new paperwork was ready when I got there. So I was happy they corrected the issue. SO PRINT OUT A PAGE WITH THE AD PRICE and bring in with you! Only negative thing was I got 1 key fob which was bad and had to replace battery every week. I didn't buy the key replacement coverage. When I emailed the salesmen I got no reply back about it. I guess they figured they already lost enough money on me, which they apparently did. So I bought another key fob on ebay, and had it programmed at a dealer closer to me. Costs about $130 total for key and reprogram. New key works great now. More
