I first called to Bommarito Nissan to get a leasing estimate for the 2012 Leaf and spoke with Matt McManus whom was very helpful. Matt texted me back with a couple lease options within 30 minutes. I went the the dealership later that same day and was greeted at the door with smiling faces who introduced me to Matt. We test drove the Leaf and I was taught a bunch more information about the vehicle. Matt was very helpful and thorough about all the features and when it came to pricing and negotiation was very helpful to make me feel I had all the information to make a well informed decision. The pricing I feel was very competitive compared to other dealers. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Being a very analytical person I would not expect myself to lease a vehicle in one visit to a dealership, however I felt I was being treated fairly and openly. More
Fred is the best. He's a no xx, no high-pressuring sales tactics, and is extremely helpful, patient, polite and thoughtful. after purchasing a 05 Altima, he helped clean out our old junker trade-in and ran tactics, and is extremely helpful, patient, polite and thoughtful. after purchasing a 05 Altima, he helped clean out our old junker trade-in and ran the Altima through their carwash. Unfortunately the carwash damaged the driver side mirror. It had tore off the back panel cover. He offered to replace it and put it on the following day. but the next morning in the daylight we seen it had caused a little more damage and had actually tore a small part of the molding that holds the cover. the new cover wouldn't quite cover this up. Whereas this would normally not be such a big deal, it is if you just bought the car. But it would mean replacing the whole mirror. Fred took this to his "superiors" who refused to replace the whole mirror. So Fred replaced it out of his own pocket. I suggested he try getting one at a salvage yard but he refused and insisted on a new one. They don't come any better than Fred. More
