I had a wonderful experience! I went to a Nissan dealership the night before I came to Bommarito Nissan (which is only 15 minutes from this dealership), and got the worst service. I felt that Mr. Evergerd was totally honest with me and about the car I was selecting. Once we talked to one another for several minutes, he realized that he could bring humor into our conversations. My purchase experience at Bommarito Nissan has been the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle which everything was all about providing "Excellent" customer service. I was already a Nissan owner and really wanted to purchase another Nissan vehicle but I was hesitant due to my previous experience with purchasing my current vehicle at another Nissan dealership. The Bommarito team (Fred and Greg) really changed my mind and showed me that Nissan is still a dealership that I have grown to love. The only concern I had during this purchase was the fact that the Nissan Corporation was not willing to finance me at my current interest rate or a lower interest rate eventhough I had a history of making my payments on time for the past 70 months and only had two payments left. I took in consideration my credit rating had not improve much from original purchase but I really thought my on time payment history would have accounted for something and the fact that I was a repeat customer to Nissan. Unfortunately, I had to finance my vehicle through another finance company with a lower interest rate. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase!!! More
